The Australian Agriculture Roundtable Conference brings together Australian agribusiness, policy and
farm sector leaders, providing a unique opportunity to learn about and discuss the strategic issues shaping
the sector.
Conference sessions include:
- Food security and Australian agricultural policy
- Concentration in the meat processing sector
- Can agriculture survive the mining boom?
- Will Chinese demand boost Australian agriculture?
- Will sustainability determine future diets?
- 'Great Debate', the statement for debate is: 'that agriculture has been let off lightly in Australian climate policy.' The debate moderator this year is Libby Price, from ABC Country Hour Victoria.
